CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 18(TRA) Opposing the                                                                          
enactment of the provisions in the Next Generation Air Transportation                                                           
System Financing Reform Act of 2007 that impose air traffic control                                                             
user fees, increase aviation fuel and aviation gas taxes, reduce airport                                                        
funding, and reduce Congressional oversight of the Federal Aviation

Senator Kookesh, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                                               
adoption of the Transportation Senate Committee Substitute offered on                                                           
page 934. Without objection, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE                                                                         
JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 18(TRA) was adopted.                                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
Senator Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                                                      
resolution be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and
